A few words about me
art - therapy – activism
I study International Law, Relationships and Economy (Panteion University of Athens), Gestalt Therapy (Gestalt Institute of San Francisco, Ecole Parisienne Gestalt, Gestalt Institute of Vienna, Gestalt Institute of Barcelona)
Through all those years, I have been passionate regarding Social change, a shift that can allow us to endure more justice and freedom on our planet.
Participating in many activists, collective and communal activities all across Europe and various social-political workshops, I have come to the conclusion that the main element for social change is Awareness.
So by creating this lab, I intend promoting awareness through several means such as art, therapy, meditation, movement and activism.
If you feel like sharing my thoughts,
please join me on this workshop in 1st and 2nd of December!
Let's explore together Social change through Gestalt therapy.

Gestalt therapy is a client-centered approach to psychotherapy that helps clients focus on the present and understand what is really happening in their lives right now, rather than what they may perceive to be happening based on past experience. Instead of simply talking about past situations, clients are encouraged to experience them, perhaps through re-enactment. Through the gestalt process, clients learn to become more aware of how their own negative thought patterns and behaviors are blocking true self-awareness and making them unhappy.
